My portrait photography sessions are typically held at my home studio in a picturesque and private rural setting.
Family ~ Our most popular sessions are our family gatherings and are simply the best way to capture your growing family through the years. You can do your immediate family or talk to me about special sessions to cover your full extended family either at my place or somewhere different like the beach!
Newborn & Maternity ~ Your pregnancy is such a special fleeting moment in time. Capture your gorgeous baby bump in my studio or let’s head outside for some nature backgrounds. When your precious baby arrives, remember to book a newborn session. Ideally we do these sessions when baby is less than 12 days old to have a good chance of getting dreamy sleepy shots. It’s ok though – they’ll still be gorgeous when they’re a little older and wide awake. Be sure to bring siblings along for a cuddle too. I’ve done several twin sessions – double the fun! Sessions up to 45 minutes.
Children ~ I love working with children of all ages. Your family will grow up too fast, so take a moment out of this fast-paced life to create some memories and make art to display proudly in your home. I will capture your child’s quirks, play games or sing songs – whatever it takes to get ‘the shot’! I guarantee that you will come away with a bunch of memories to treasure for a lifetime. Celebrate first birthday milestones with my popular Cake Smash and Splash sessions. We have the basic decorations, stand and ONE letters but parents bring along their chosen decorations and cake. After the cake fun we pop bubs in a little bubble bath. A neat variation on this is replacing the cake with paint for a little artist session! Allow up to an hour for this session for extra set up/clean up time. Remember to bring a towel for after the bath!
Equine and Animals ~ Fur babies are important members of the family too. I’m an avid animal lover so you can bring your furry, winged, shelled animals. All and sundry are welcome. We can arrange for sessions to be done at your home too for larger animals. Horses have been part of my life since forever which of course means that I’m passionate about these sessions. Welcoming a new equine friend to the family or one is soon to depart? Capture your special bond on camera and make the memory last a lifetime.
Talent Agency / Corporate ~ Book a session today to create your own portfolio of images to put forward to talent agencies to explore a career in screen or print.
Portrait sessions are $300 for around 45 minutes and include an online gallery for you to download all the images from your session plus a mini highlights video to share with family and friends. Get in touch to talk about preparing for your session. We can also make up gift vouchers for our portrait sessions.
